Returns
Returns on earrings are not accepted due to hygiene reasons unless faulty. Goods are faulty if they have been received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 28 days of receiving the package, this does not apply to results of normal wear and tear.
If there is a problem with items purchased from www.arthurwilliam.co.uk, please notify us, with a description of the problem, by email arthurwilliamearrings@gmail.com, within 14 days of receiving goods. We will deal with your matter in accordance with your legal rights.
The cost of returning items to us is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty, then a refund of reasonable postage costs will be issued.
If an item cannot be replaced with the same item, a similar item will be offered. If this offer is not accepted a refund will be issued. We may not be able to offer an exact replacement due to the handmade nature of products.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
